Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
• Software, digital products, or items with broken seals
• Items purchased on sale or clearance

Defective or Damaged Items

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5–7 business days.
